## The Offer
The Offer
Production work. Finished assets. Nothing vague.
To be clear
When I asked, Emily confirmed SuperX has no active ambassador or content-creator program and no trade arrangement available right now, and pointed me to your team. So this is not a creator asking for free product in exchange for reach. It is a paid vendor proposal: concept, shoot, edit, and an asset library your marketing team owns and keeps using. SuperX keeps control of product selection, licensed-property approvals, brand direction, concepts, casting, final selects, and release timing.
| Icon | Title | Body |

## What We Need From SuperX

## Measuring Success
How success is measured
Reviewed 60 days after delivery
Three ways to judge whether the pilot worked.
A vendor test is only useful if the standard is agreed in advance. These are the markers I am willing to be measured against, and they are the same ones I would use to decide whether a second project is justified.
:icon-scale:
| Icon | Marker | Target | How it is measured |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-layout-grid: | Asset usage | At least 12 of the 20 masters published across product pages, social, and email within 60 days. | SuperX marketing confirms which assets shipped and where. If the library sits unused, the work did not serve the channel, regardless of how it looks. |
| :icon-clock: | Turnaround held | Delivery inside 10 business days of production, with one consolidated revision round and no missed commitments. | Measured against the dates written into the SOW at booking. Any delay caused on my side is documented, not explained away. |
| :icon-shield-check: | Clean approval | Zero licensor-mandated corrections, reshoots, or takedowns after final delivery. | Confirmed at licensor review. Concepts and styling are submitted before capture specifically so this number stays at zero. |
If all three land, the case for a second project makes itself and we scope it on the published project rates. If any one of them misses, SuperX has spent one flat fee, owns the licensed assets from the shoot, and carries no further obligation.

## Proof of Execution
Proof of execution
My own frames. Real clients.
Selects from commissioned branding and portrait sessions, all shot, directed, and edited by me, and all currently published in my portfolio at boudieful.com. What matters here is garment detail, accurate skin tones, and whether a body reads well in frame. Character and costume work follows on the next page.
All frames photographed by Megan Kilpatrick / BOUDIEFUL and published at <a href="https://www.boudieful.com">boudieful.com</a>. Original files and client references available on request.

## Client Credit
Independently verifiable
:icon-badge-check:
Public client post
Boudieful Photography truly is a magician at what she does, and she always goes out of her way to make every experience the best possible.
Mariah Robson &middot; Owner, Little Miss Ink Tattoo &middot; Cortez, Colorado
Posted publicly by the studio on January 8, 2026, crediting Boudieful Photography for the images in that post. Mariah is an award-placing artist: she placed at Phantom Ink Fest in Grand Junction and at her first convention before it.

What this confirms
| Icon | Label | Detail |
| --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-user-check: | A real commissioned client | Not a spec shoot. The client published the work and named the photographer. |
| :icon-external-link: | Checkable in one click | The post is public, dated, and still live. Nothing here relies on my word. |
| :icon-repeat: | An ongoing relationship | A named client I have covered repeatedly, including her convention appearances, not a one-off booking. |
| :icon-images: | Both sides line up | The same session appears in my published branding portfolio at boudieful.com, so client post and photographer portfolio corroborate each other. |
| :icon-video: | Motion, publicly measured | My studio reels run publicly too: a behind-the-scenes session cut has passed 8,300 views and 112 reactions on my own page. |
Mariah has agreed to be named here. Additional client credits, original files, and references available on request; public reviews are searchable under Boudieful Studio on Google. Full portfolio: <a href="https://www.boudieful.com">boudieful.com</a>.

## Campaign Partnership
Brand campaign, start to finish
BOUDIEFUL &times; Sober Water &middot; soberwater.org
A co-branded campaign, not a one-off shoot.
| Frame | Note |
| --- | --- |
| ![shot](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/xed5okmg-1787510934651-img-1385.png) | Brand portrait with product in hand: brushed aluminum and a paper label both legible against a backlit desert sunset, with no blown highlights on the metal. |
| ![shot](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/1uizpmmc-1787510934848-promo-video-first-frame.png) | Campaign key art: two SKUs, a practical liquid splash caught in frame, and a co-branded lockup sized for vertical placements. |
| ![shot](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/4yizv8xw-1787510934618-img-1449.jpeg) | Activation collateral: the same session imagery carried into an on-site donation station layout, so one shoot fed an entire campaign. |
| Icon | Title | Body |
| --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-handshake: | A named brand collaboration | Sober Water is a beverage brand with a recovery mission. The work runs under a public BOUDIEFUL &times; Sober Water lockup on the brand&rsquo;s own materials, which is the same co-branded structure a SuperX collection campaign would use. |
| :icon-package-check: | Product that fights the camera | Bare metal, glass, and a cream label are the hardest surfaces to light without losing detail. Holding those and a sunset in the same frame is the same discipline a black hoodie with dark embroidery requires. |
| :icon-layout-template: | Shot for placement, not just for a gallery | One session produced hero stills, vertical key art, and event collateral. Your team gets imagery already framed for product pages, paid social, and print, instead of files someone still has to redesign around. |
| :icon-calendar-check: | Delivered against a real deadline | Campaign assets shipped in time for a dated, ticketed three-day public event. Launch calendars do not move, and I have already worked to one. |
Photography and campaign imagery by Megan Kilpatrick / BOUDIEFUL by MWM Photography LLC for Sober Water, used here with permission. Product marks and mission language belong to Sober Water. Layout and design credit on individual event pieces is shared with the client&rsquo;s own designers where noted on the artwork. Shown as capability evidence; no SuperX association implied.

## SuperX Today
What I understand about SuperX
Major licensed worlds. One production standard.
SuperX describes itself as the world&rsquo;s largest pop-culture fitness brand, working across a multi-IP licensing portfolio: performance gear built under license from major entertainment, gaming, and institutional rights holders. Creative may need both brand and licensor approval, and my production workflow is built around those approval gates.
Drawn from superxapparel.com and public SuperX materials, verified August 2026

| Product | Super Suits&trade; &amp; compression | Second-skin fit that only reads correctly on a real body in real light. |
| Product | Hoodies, joggers, shorts, tanks | The everyday layer, where lifestyle and street context sell better than a flat lay. |
| Product | MMA series &amp; rash guards | Training-floor gear that needs sweat, grip, and effort in frame. |

| Channels | Social &amp; VIP email | Short vertical video and early-access announcements for new Super Suits. |
| Channels | Ambassadors &amp; resale | Imagery the wider community and the REBORN resale program can both draw on. |

## Why SuperX
Why SuperX
We already wear it.
Four people in one house, four different collections, four different reasons. Marvel, DC, Power Rangers and Assassin&rsquo;s Creed all live in one closet here, which is why anything we shoot reads as real use rather than a scripted campaign.
In our closet right now
The strategic reason: SuperX campaign imagery leans toward high-performance, gym, and character-driven creative. This is a complementary lane. Character identity through everyday lifestyle, editorial portraiture, women and family representation, and honest fit diversity, without turning the product into costume photography.
| Piece | Wearer | Size | Detail |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Diana Jacket | Me | XL | My own piece, and the one I can speak to honestly on camera: how it sits on shoulders and hips, and how it moves through a full day. |
| Naoe Set | Me | Hoodie &amp; joggers | Assassin&rsquo;s Creed Shadows, and the newest addition. Built for hood-up studio portraits, motion frames, and detail work on embroidery and zipper pulls. |
| Harley Quinn Jacket | My daughter | Small | Youth and teen coverage with parent consent on set, shot age-appropriately as lifestyle and product imagery. |
| Power Rangers Jackets | My husband &amp; teen son | Two sizes | Men&rsquo;s and teen fit in the same collection, which makes family and group looks possible without casting anyone new. |

## Shared Philosophy
Shared philosophy
&ldquo;Begin your origin story.&rdquo; That is my whole job.
SuperX asks customers to be extraordinary and begin their own origin story. I spend every session doing exactly that for one person at a time. Below are the themes I read in the SuperX brand, and the ones my work naturally aligns with: my creative interpretation, not a list of official corporate values.
On licensed work
Licensed collections need careful stewardship, so I would welcome creative briefs, approval checkpoints, embargo dates on unreleased product, and your brand guidelines throughout production, so the finished work satisfies SuperX and its licensors both.
| Theme | How I shoot it |
| --- | --- |
| Courage | Directing people who have never been in front of a camera until they look like they belong there. |
| Transformation | Images about becoming, not about perfection. No reshaping, no invented bodies. |
| Originality | Concepts built for your pieces, not borrowed from whatever is trending in apparel ads. |
| Craftsmanship | Close detail work on stitching, print, and hardware, because the make is the argument. |
| Resilience | A calm, unhurried set, with a process that holds up on the sixth look of the day. |

## One Shipment
Why this is economically useful
One shipment becomes a content library.
:icon-package:
What SuperX sends
One box of samples. One production day.
You are not buying twenty photographs. You are buying every asset a single SKU shipment can generate, shot and cut in one pass, so the same garment feeds the product page, the email, the grid, and the story without three separate bookings.
One production cycle instead of separate ecommerce, lifestyle, and social shoots.
20 master images. Everything below them is derived from those masters, not billed as additional originals.
| Count | Label |
| --- | --- |
| 20 | Master ecommerce &amp; editorial stills |
| 60+ | Sized crops from those masters |
| 3 | Short-form vertical videos |
| 6+ | Fabric &amp; hardware detail frames |
| 2 | Banner crops for the homepage |
| 1 | Visual fit reference by size |

## Character Work
:icon-clapperboard:
Independent character production
I have already shot pop culture, in a studio, with four bodies in frame.
A self-directed character shoot: four adult models, one black studio cyc, gelled key and rim light, costumes and props styled on set. Shot, directed, and edited by me. This is the closest thing in my portfolio to the work SuperX actually sells.
| Shot | Caption |

| --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-users: | Four models, one frame | Group blocking, sightlines, and staging held together across standing, seated, and floor poses without losing any face to shadow. |
| :icon-ruler: | Genuine range of bodies | Different heights, sizes, and comfort levels lit and posed so each person reads well. Not a claim on a slide: it is in the frames above. |
| :icon-palette: | Saturated color, controlled | Green, red, and purple costume color held clean against black with gelled separation light, the same problem licensed apparel presents. |
Provenance: independent personal production, not commissioned and not licensed. Shown as evidence of production capability only. Costumes were supplied by the models. Any SuperX character-adjacent shoot would run through brand and licensor approval before production, as shown on the approval chain.

## Product Integrity
Product integrity
Creative enough to sell. Accurate enough to trust.
For performance apparel, an image that flatters the garment but misrepresents it costs you returns and trust. These are the rules I work under.
| Icon | Label | Body |
| --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-palette: | Color | Grading preserves the product's intended appearance as reasonably as possible across a calibrated production workflow. Consumer screens vary, so no one can promise a perfect match, but the file leaves here accurate. |
| :icon-ruler: | Fit | Retouching does not materially misrepresent how the garment fits the photographed model. Cleanup, yes. Reshaping the silhouette of the product, no. |
| :icon-layers: | Construction | Real garment features only. Nothing structural is digitally invented unless the frame is clearly labeled concept visualization and SuperX expressly approves it. |
| :icon-file-check: | Product claims | I do not invent performance, health, durability, compression, material, sustainability, or technical claims. Any claim in a caption, overlay, or graphic comes from SuperX or is approved by SuperX. |
Never digitally invented

Every frame is labeled by how it was made: photographed, composite, or concept visualization. A concept render is never presented as a photographed commercial commission.

## Concepts for SuperX
Concepts built for SuperX
Four ideas, all inside your licensing.
:icon-shield-check:
Every concept above uses SuperX pieces and your own licensed properties only. No unlicensed characters, no crossovers between licensors, and any fandom-adjacent idea goes to your team for approval before it is shot.
| Icon | Title | Body | Why it works |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-ruler: | Inclusive Fit Guide | The same piece on models across a genuine size range. Straight-on, profile, and back for each, with the size worn noted in the file name and a caption sheet your product team can drop straight onto the page. | Answers &ldquo;will this fit me&rdquo; and reduces returns |
| :icon-users: | One-World Fandom Night | A real household styled entirely inside one approved licensed world: several approved pieces, several family members, kitchen, couch, game night, genuine movement. One property, one coherent set, only where SuperX confirms that collection is cleared for the treatment. | Shows how a collection actually lives at home |
| :icon-footprints: | Studio To Street | Half the series on seamless backdrops, half in downtown Farmington: alleyways, murals, texture. Poses built around pockets, stretch, and mobility, delivered as side-by-side pairs. | Hero frames plus lifestyle from one shoot |
| :icon-sparkles: | Everyday Heroes | Character-driven editorial built on original archetypes rather than existing characters: cinematic lighting, deliberate casting, full styling, all executed around SuperX pieces. Portfolio samples of this kind of work are available on request. | Cosplay energy, zero legal exposure |

## Garments On Hand
:icon-shirt:
Already in my closet
Six SuperX pieces I own. Ready to shoot before you ship anything.
These are real SuperX garments I bought and have on hand. If useful during review, I can produce two to three non-commercial proof frames from my existing inventory at no charge, before SuperX ships any production samples. Tap a piece to see the plan for it.
How I would shoot it
Built for
| Icon | Piece | Size | Treatment | Output |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-shirt: | Harley Quinn joggers | S | Shot as a set with the matching hoodie so the collection reads as one look. Full-length standing frame for the leg line, then a seated crop and a cuff-and-waistband detail so the print scale and stitch quality are legible at thumbnail size. | Product page &middot; set styling |
| :icon-shirt: | Harley Quinn hoodie | S | Hard key with a warm rim so the print holds saturation without going plastic. One hood-up hero, one hands-in-pocket three-quarter, one flat sleeve-detail frame. Paired with the joggers for a full-set shot. | Hero still &middot; paid social |
| :icon-layers: | Diana jacket | XL | The most structured piece in the group, so it gets movement. Walk-through and turn-out clips at 60fps for slow-motion, plus stills that show shoulder fit, closure, and how the panels sit on an actual XL body rather than a mannequin. | Vertical video &middot; fit reference |
| :icon-shirt: | Black Ranger hoodie | XL | Black on black is where cheap product photos fail. Cross-lit on a dark sweep with controlled falloff so the garment separates from the background and the texture, seams, and print edges all stay visible. | Ecommerce &middot; detail crops |
| :icon-star: | Green Ranger hoodie, white special edition | S | Treated as the collector piece it is. Clean bright-key setup to keep the white true rather than grey or blue, with a raking light for fabric texture and a tight print frame that reads the special-edition detail. | Launch feature &middot; print |
| :icon-package: | Blue Assassin&rsquo;s Creed hoodie | XL | Newest arrival, so it doubles as an unboxing-to-worn sequence: packaging, first look, then styled on body. Hood-up silhouette in low key for the mood shot, daylight three-quarter for the honest color read. | Drop announcement &middot; reel |
Proof frames are for creative evaluation only and are not licensed for commercial use unless incorporated into an approved project. Nothing in this deck is a mockup: every image is real work I shot.

## Built To Move
How performance gear gets shot
A Super Suit should be photographed under load.
Compression sits differently at rest than it does mid-rep, so this is visual performance capture rather than product testing: five beats, one setup, everything a product page and a feed both need.
Shot on location in a working gym or on seamless studio backdrops, whichever the collection calls for. Vertical video is captured in the same pass, so a launch never needs a second booking. This is not theoretical: my Jimmy&rsquo;s 4x4 shoot in Cortez staged a styled model against live welding in a working fabrication bay, arc as the only key light, sparks held sharp in frame, with the branded apparel still reading clean.
| Beat | Title | Detail |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 01 | Standing | The honest baseline: front, profile, and back, so a customer can see exactly where the garment lands before anything moves. |
| 02 | Under load | Mid-squat, mid-press, mid-pull. The beat that shows how compression, gussets, and waistbands actually sit on a working body. |
| 03 | Peak | The hero frame. Full effort, controlled lighting, the print reading clean across a flexed torso rather than distorting. |
| 04 | Recovery | Hood up, breath back, towel and bottle in frame. The lifestyle beat that makes the piece look lived in rather than staged. |
| 05 | Detail | Macro coverage of stitching, seam placement, logo embroidery, and zipper pulls: the craftsmanship argument, in close. |

## Casting &amp; On-Set Safety
Casting principles &amp; action production
Real people. Intentional casting. Movement that looks real without unnecessary risk.
:icon-shield-check:
How casting is decided
Casting is presented for your approval and chosen on product grounds, not on follower counts.
| Item |

| Product fit |
| Collection direction |

If you want a true fit guide
One body does not represent every customer's fit experience, so nothing here implies that. If SuperX wants real fit data, we can capture exact model height, garment size worn, relevant measurements with the model's consent, and fit notes you approve. Any measurement shown publicly is confirmed before publication. Nothing is guessed.
Performance safety on set
| Item |
| --- |
| Planned movement matches the talent's actual capability |
| Unsafe stunts are excluded unless properly planned and staffed |
| No model is pressured into unsafe physical activity |
| Props and equipment are inspected before use |
| Location hazards are assessed before we shoot |
| Weather is factored into outdoor scheduling |
| Hydration and reasonable breaks are available throughout |
| A licensed character aesthetic never overrides real-world safety |
If a concept calls for specialized stunt coordination, aerial work, weapons handling, road closures, pyrotechnics, significant heights, or any other elevated-risk activity, it is quoted separately and staffed with the appropriate professionals rather than improvised on the day.

## What You Receive
What you receive
Every project includes all of it.
Talent options are presented for SuperX approval with current measurements, garment size, and usage availability before production, so nothing ships to a model it will not fit. Minors are shot only with guardian release and a guardian present. Files arrive named SUPERX_Collection_Piece_Model_Size, and every concept is approved in writing before anything is shot.

## Approval Chain
Workflow &amp; approvals
Who signs off, at every gate.
Licensed product means approvals matter more than speed. Nothing moves to the next stage without the named party clearing the one before it.
Licensor approval stages are included wherever SuperX&rsquo;s agreements require them, and I build the schedule around those review windows rather than around my own calendar. Embargo dates on unreleased product are treated as hard deadlines.
| Step | Owner |
| --- | --- |
| Select the SKU or collection to feature | SuperX |

| Commercial delivery, then release on your embargo date | BOUDIEFUL |

## Timeline & Process
Timeline &amp; process
Four weeks to production. Pilot delivery within 10 business days after the shoot.
Nothing is shot until the concept and shot list come back approved. The schedule pauses while any required SuperX or licensor approval is outstanding, and resumes when it clears, so approval time is never counted against delivery.
| When | Title | Body |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Week 1 | Agreement | Scope, package, and structure confirmed in writing. |
| Week 1&ndash;2 | SuperX Ships | Pieces sent to the studio with sizes confirmed. |
| Week 3 | Approval | Shot list and concept sent for your sign-off. |
| Week 4 | Shoot Day | Full production, studio or local location. |
| After shoot | Delivery | Pilot: 10 business days. Collection Launch: 15 business days. |
| Within 10 business days | Revisions | One consolidated revision round included after delivery. |

## Rights & Licensing
Rights &amp; licensing
Written down before we shoot.
Default license
Non-exclusive commercial use on SuperX owned channels.
Use the images on superxapparel.com, on product pages, in email, and on your organic social accounts. Active campaign and product-page use runs for the commercial life of the product, and archival use continues indefinitely. Not included unless separately licensed: paid advertising, creator whitelisting, retail-partner advertising, packaging, print, out-of-home, broadcast, connected TV, and third-party sublicensing. No exclusivity is requested. Licensed usage begins on cleared final payment.

| --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-copyright: | Copyright | I retain copyright and may show the work in my portfolio and on my own channels after your public release or embargo date, subject to any licensor restrictions you give me in writing before production. SuperX keeps its own trademarks and brand assets. |
| :icon-megaphone: | Paid Media, Defined | Paid media starts at $750 for six months from first flight, North America, on SuperX-owned accounts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. The final figure is set by term, territory, channels, media type, whitelisting, and scale; nothing here implies perpetual or worldwide paid rights. Retailer advertising, out-of-home, connected TV, and broadcast are quoted separately rather than assumed. |
| :icon-file-check: | Rights You Hold | SuperX confirms it holds, or will hold before production, the rights and approvals for the products, marks, and character direction it supplies. I warrant my own photography, crew, and releases; I do not warrant your licensing rights. |
| :icon-badge-check: | Your Licensors Come First | I will not depict characters or properties SuperX is not licensed to represent, and I will never propose crossovers between licensed properties. Every fandom concept goes to your team before it is shot. |
| :icon-scale: | Underlying IP | All usage remains subject to SuperX&rsquo;s underlying intellectual-property licenses and applicable licensor approvals. I grant rights only in the commissioned photography and video, and make no claim to, or representation of ownership in, SuperX or third-party intellectual property. |

## Beyond the Pilot
If the pilot earns its place
Edited images
Video clips
Turnaround, business days
Starting production fee
Example starting fees, not a fixed rate card: each project is quoted from final scope, since talent, locations, travel, specialty production, third-party costs, and expanded licensing all move the number. SuperX supplies product; scope and usage are written into a short SOW before anything is shot. No recurring retainer, no exclusivity, no long-term commitment
| Code | Name | Summary | Images | Videos | Turnaround | Price | Detail |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Scale up | Collection Launch | A full drop covered in one coordinated session. | 25&ndash;35 | 6 | 15 days | From $4,400 | Multiple pieces shot as a cohesive set, including a styled flat-lay series for grid and email use. Built for launches where every piece needs its own hero frame. Two production days, up to three models. |
| Specialist set | Fit &amp; Representation | The same piece, honestly shown across sizes. | 30&ndash;40 | 3 | 15 days | From $3,900 | Coverage across a genuine size range so customers can judge fit before they buy. Retouching is limited to color and light: no reshaping, no altering how the garment sits. Four models, matched styling and lighting throughout. |
| Ongoing | Seasonal Production | A standing content cycle tied to your drop calendar. | 20+ / cycle | 4+ / cycle | 10 days | From $3,600 | One production block per drop or per quarter, with an agreed asset count, reserved production dates, and a consistent visual system across every collection. Rates may be locked for an agreed term under a separate recurring-production agreement, and volume pricing may be available from the third project onward based on recurring scope. |

## Future Concept
:icon-telescope:
:icon-shield-check:
Later horizon &middot; not part of this pilot
A princess performance line, if the license is ever there.
Filed at the end on purpose, so it is visible without competing with the decision in front of you. SuperX builds licensed pop-culture performance gear; this is the adjacent category I would want to help you shoot if you ever pursued it. Nothing here is proposed, priced, or produced until SuperX secures the license and your licensor approves.
Part one of two. The framing, the honest hard part, and realistic sequencing continue on the next page.
This is a creative idea, not a claim of rights. Any Disney conversation is SuperX-initiated and SuperX-controlled; a vendor cannot and would not approach a licensor on your behalf. The paid pilot proposal in this deck stands entirely on its own whether or not this idea goes anywhere.
| Title | Body |
| --- | --- |
| The gap | SuperX&rsquo;s thesis is wearing the character you already love, currently built around Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and gaming IP. A large audience of adult women grew up on Disney Princesses just as intensely, and that nostalgia appears underrepresented in SuperX&rsquo;s current performance portfolio. That is the potential whitespace I am pointing at, in your own catalog. |
| Why it fits SuperX | You already have a Disney relationship through the Star Wars collection and Disney Consumer Products, so this is a warm door rather than a cold approach. It also reaches a segment your current catalog does not fully serve. |
| Three distinct drops | Cinderella, Snow White, and Rapunzel each carry their own palette and emotional identity, the way you already treat Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman as separate drops rather than one generic line. |
![moodImage](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/brskq96o-1787513514742-generated-image.png)

## Future Concept: The Path
:icon-telescope:
:icon-shield-check:
Later horizon &middot; part two of two
How it would actually have to happen.
Continuing from the previous page. The framing that would survive a licensor review, the part that is genuinely difficult, and the only realistic sequence, stated plainly rather than optimistically.
Still a creative idea, not a claim of rights. Any Disney conversation is SuperX-initiated and SuperX-controlled; a vendor cannot and would not approach a licensor on your behalf. Nothing here is proposed, priced, or produced until SuperX secures the license and its licensor approves. The paid pilot in this deck stands entirely on its own whether or not this idea goes anywhere.
| Title | Body |
| --- | --- |
| The framing that survives approval | Not costume, and not edgy gym wear. Princess energy translated into empowerment: resilience, self-belief, transformation. That reads as brand-safe to a licensor and fits &ldquo;begin your origin story&rdquo; almost without modification. |
| The honest hard part | Disney guards the princess line tightly and licenses it mostly for kids&rsquo; apparel and lifestyle goods. Approval would scrutinise tone, character accuracy, and category fit. Activewear precedent exists with larger partners, not yet with an independent brand. |
| Realistic sequencing | A multi-month negotiation between SuperX and Disney that no vendor proposal can accelerate. What I can carry is the creative end to end: a concept treatment per character, colorways and capsule logic, then the shot campaign that makes the case internally and to a licensor. Concept through to finished imagery, on your timeline. |

## Concept Proof: Three Characters
:icon-image-play:
Visual proof of concept
Three characters, already shot.
From a personal princess-themed session, shown only to demonstrate that character-driven concept work can read as elevated rather than costume. All three are shown here with the capsule direction each one suggests, concept through to finished frame.

| Character | Theme | Detail | Palette | Capsule | Caption | Shot |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Cinderella | Transformation, and the deadline that forces it. | Glass-slipper elegance with midnight tension. The clock striking twelve is a built-in mechanic, not a decoration, which makes it the natural fit for a countdown or interval-training capsule. | Ice blue, silver, midnight navy | Countdown or interval capsule; clean lines, reflective trim | Cinderella-coded concept | ![shot](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/5xoquowd-1787514122511-dsc03679.jpeg) |
| Snow White | Resilience, built around a high-contrast palette strongly associated with the character. | Red, black, and gold with apple iconography and woodland texture. The strongest graphic-print candidate of the three, and the one that photographs most boldly against a dark set. | Deep red, black, gold, forest green | Bold graphic prints; strength and training pieces | Snow White-coded concept | ![shot](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/fnxtogem-1787514122424-dsc04886.jpeg) |
| Rapunzel | Self-discovery, movement, and length as a design language. | Gold and purple with lantern imagery and braid detail. A softer register than SuperX&rsquo;s armour-style cuts, suited to flowy movement-forward pieces such as leggings with braided seams. | Gold, violet, lantern amber | Movement-forward pieces; braided detailing, yoga and flow | Rapunzel-coded concept | ![shot](https://d6yvfl55smr7u.cloudfront.net/assets/9s8mzalr-1787514122397-dsc03973.jpeg) |

## Questions You May Have
Questions you may have
Answered before you ask
The four fair objections.
If I were on your side of this email, these are the things I would think first. So here they are, with straight answers rather than a follow-up call.
On the fee: $2,250 covers a full production day, two models with talent fees included, 20 finished commercial masters, three vertical video assets, derivative crops, release management, and the licensing that lets marketing use all of it. That is under $100 per finished, rights-cleared asset.
| Icon | Question | Answer |
| --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-camera: | &ldquo; We already have a photographer.&rdquo; | Good, and this is not a bid to replace them. The pilot is additive capacity for one collection during one launch window, with no exclusivity and no retainer. If your existing output already covers the channels, there is no second project and nothing to unwind. |
| :icon-shield-check: | &ldquo;Licensed-property approval is a headache.&rdquo; | Which is exactly why approvals never move to me. Concepts, styling, and shot lists are submitted to SuperX before capture, and finished files are held from any release until you confirm written licensor clearance. I do not publish, post, or portfolio SuperX work unilaterally. |
| :icon-file-check: | &ldquo; We have never used an outside production vendor.&rdquo; | That is the reason the pilot is deliberately small: one collection, one day, one flat fee, one written statement of work with defined deliverables and dates. It is the smallest honest test of a working relationship, and it ends cleanly on delivery. |
| :icon-users: | &ldquo; Why not just shoot this in-house?&rdquo; | Keep doing that where it fits. What outside production buys is character and concept work, casting, wardrobe styling, and finished retouch delivered as a library, without your team losing a week to a shoot during the exact window they need to be selling the launch. |

## The Next Step

## SOW: Licensing &amp; Delivery Terms
Attachment A &mdash; Licensing, product &amp; schedule
MWM-SX-PILOT-01 &middot; page 2 of 3
:icon-scroll-text:
What is licensed, and what the calendar promises.
Clauses 07 through 13, continuing from page 1. Usage, sample logistics, turnaround, acceptance, rescheduling, cancellation, and the optional paid-media license, each stated in full so nothing material sits only in the marketing pages.
Continued from page 1, clauses 01 to 06. Continues on page 3, clauses 14 to 29. Anything outside this written scope is quoted in a written change order before work begins.
| No. | Heading | Body |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 07 | Organic license | Non-exclusive, worldwide license for SuperX-owned channels: website, product pages, email, and organic social. Active campaign and product-page use runs for the commercial life of the product; archival and reference use continues indefinitely. Print, packaging, and paid media are quoted separately. The producer grants rights only in the commissioned work. |
| 08 | Product &amp; samples | SuperX supplies samples and covers shipping both directions. Samples are logged on arrival with condition photographs, stored secured and separate from personal inventory, treated as confidential until public release, and returned within ten business days of the shoot. |
| 09 | Turnaround | Finished assets are delivered within ten business days following the production date, provided required SuperX and licensor approvals are not delayed. The production clock begins on the agreed production date, not on sample arrival. If samples arrive later than three business days before that date, the production date and the delivery window shift by the number of days of delay. |
| 10 | Revisions &amp; acceptance | One consolidated revision round is included if submitted in writing within ten business days of delivery. Deliverables are deemed accepted on written approval, or ten business days after delivery if no consolidated revision request has been received, at which point the final invoice may be issued. |
| 11 | Rescheduling | Either party may reschedule at least seven days before the production date. The booking payment transfers once to another mutually available production date within 90 days. A second reschedule requires a new booking payment. |
| 12 | Cancellation | If SuperX cancels seven or more days before the production date, the booking payment is held as a credit for 90 days; inside seven days it is retained as a booking fee, since the date was reserved and other work declined. If the producer cancels or cannot deliver, the booking payment is refunded in full. |
| 13 | Paid media license | Optional, from $750 for six months from first flight, North America, on SuperX-owned paid accounts across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Final fee is set by term, territory, channels, media type, and scale; no perpetual or worldwide paid rights are implied. Excludes creator whitelisting, third-party retailer advertising, out-of-home, connected TV, and broadcast, each quoted separately. Renewable for a further six months at 60% of the original fee. |
| 13a | Raw &amp; source files | The deliverable is the finished work. Camera RAW files, editing sessions, layered composites, and project files are excluded and are not delivered, sold, or licensed unless separately negotiated and quoted in a written change order. |

## Commercial Terms
Attachment A &mdash; Commercial terms, continued
MWM-SX-PILOT-01 &middot; page 3 of 3
:icon-gavel:
The terms that protect both of us.
The scope page covers what gets made. This page covers responsibility: who holds which rights, who carries which risk, and what happens when a licensor, a shipment, or a calendar does not cooperate.
Provided for review by SuperX marketing, legal, and procurement. Final wording is subject to attorney review on both sides before signature, and any change is recorded as a written change order. Any applicable state or local tax will be separately stated on the invoice once confirmed by the producer&rsquo;s accountant.
| No. | Heading | Body |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 14 | SuperX rights warranty | SuperX represents that it holds, or will hold before production, the rights and approvals needed for the products, marks, character direction, and reference materials it supplies or instructs the producer to photograph. The producer does not warrant SuperX&rsquo;s licensing rights. |
| 15 | Indemnification | Each party indemnifies the other for what it controls. The producer covers its original photography, its crew and contractors, its equipment, and its releases. SuperX covers its products, marks, licensed properties, supplied claims, marketing instructions, and whether the necessary licensor approvals are in place. The indemnified party gives prompt written notice, the indemnifying party controls the defense with counsel of its choosing, no settlement imposing obligations on the other party is made without consent, and both parties cooperate at the indemnifying party&rsquo;s cost. |
| 16 | Music &amp; audio | Video is delivered either silent or with commercially cleared music supplied by the producer. Client-supplied audio is the client&rsquo;s responsibility. Platform library tracks carry platform-only limitations and are not used for paid media. Expanded music licensing is quoted separately. |
| 17 | Compositing &amp; AI | Composites are built from photographed plates, commercially cleared stock, and original digital environment work. Garments, product graphics, logos, and licensed characters are not generatively altered or extended. Any generative tool touching a licensed or branded element requires written SuperX approval first. |
| 18 | Sample risk &amp; loss | Risk passes to the producer on delivery to the studio and back to SuperX on hand-off to the return carrier. SuperX arranges shipping, insurance, and declared value both directions. Garments are not laundered, tailored, or altered without written authorization; damage is reported with photographs within one business day. The producer&rsquo;s liability for any sample is limited to its documented declared or replacement value. Unclaimed samples are held 60 days. |
| 19 | Approval delays | Delivery dates extend day for day while SuperX or licensor approval is outstanding. If approval sits unanswered for 15 business days after the production date, the producer may invoice the delivered stage of work and reschedule remaining tasks. |
| 20 | Licensor rejection | If a licensor rejects the concept before production, SuperX may substitute an unlicensed SuperX product at no change in fee, or cancel under the cancellation clause. Pre-production hours already performed are retained. If rejection occurs after production, the fee is fully earned. |
| 21 | Committed costs | Non-refundable third-party costs committed with written approval, such as talent bookings, location deposits, and permits, are reimbursed at actual cost if the project is cancelled or postponed after they are committed. |
| 22 | Force majeure | Neither party is liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, carrier failure, or loss of venue. The production date is rescheduled to the next mutually available date without penalty. If the event prevents production for more than 45 consecutive days, either party may terminate: completed work and committed third-party costs remain payable, and any unearned production fee is returned. |
| 23 | Confidentiality &amp; embargo | Unreleased products, launch dates, supplied materials, unpublished briefs, campaign plans, pricing, and future licensing plans are confidential, along with any non-public information marked confidential or that a reasonable commercial producer would understand to be confidential. The producer does not publish, post, or preview any frame before SuperX&rsquo;s public release or the stated embargo date, whichever is later. |
| 24 | Portfolio use | The producer retains copyright and may show the work in portfolio, case studies, and on its own channels after public release or embargo expiry, subject to licensor restrictions communicated in writing before production. Any material expansion of portfolio or publication restrictions after pricing is addressed through a written change order. |
| 25 | Insurance &amp; status | The producer works as an independent contractor, carries general liability coverage, provides a W-9, and engages any crew or talent under its own paperwork. No employment relationship is created. |
| 26 | Liability cap | Except for indemnified claims, confidentiality breaches, and willful misconduct, each party&rsquo;s total liability is limited to the fees paid under this SOW. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. |
| 27 | Late payment | Invoices unpaid 15 days past due accrue 1.5% per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law if lower. High-resolution masters and the license activate on cleared final payment. |
| 28 | Governing law | Governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, venue in San Juan County, with a good-faith negotiation step before any formal proceeding. Electronic signatures are binding. |
| 29 | Entire agreement | This SOW and its attachments are the entire agreement for the pilot and supersede prior discussions, including this proposal deck. Changes take effect only in a written, signed change order stating any fee or schedule impact. |
